The fall and redemption of man

We believe that all people face the same basic problem called sin because of the first man's (Adam's) willful disobedience to God. Young children are covered by grace until they reach an age of understanding and accountability. Everyone needs redemption provided only through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Only by receiving His forgiveness and accepting Him as Lord; can people be forgiven of their sins.

Our four core beliefs are these:

1. Salvation through Jesus Christ who provided the ultimate sacrifice for sin. (John 3:3, 16, 17; Romans 10:13, Ephesians 2:8-9)
2. Divine healing for the sick is provided because of Christ's death. (James 5:14-16)
3. The second coming of Christ as He returns for those who have accepted Him. (I Thessalonians 4:16, 17; I Corinthians 15:51-52)
4. Empowering for all believers is available through the baptism in the Holy Spirit. (Acts 1:8, 2:4, 17-18, 38-39

Our primary message: Redemption

While Christian Life Fellowship is a full gospel church and Pentecostal in nature, the primary message of CLF is God's work of salvation through Jesus His Son. Because of Christ's love and forgiveness each person can be forgiven of wrong and find salvation from the real and impending hell awaiting the non-believer. By accepting Jesus as the forgiver of sin, and the leader of one's life, people are guaranteed an eternal home in heaven with God who deeply loves them. We believe that it is important to establish a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ His Son.
