The Power of Prayer

God's word tells us that we can ask anything of Him in prayer, and that when two or more come into agreement in their prayers in HIS name, He will answer. At Christian Life Fellowship we believe that prayer is powerful not because of what is said, but because Almighty God is listening. We believe that God is ready to answer prayer offered in faith. The prayer chain functions as needs are made known. Each person who is part of the prayer ministry is considered one of several "links" in the chain. As needs are made known, each person on the prayer chain prays with the next person and then continues to pray individually for that need.

The prayer chain is not a gossip column. Information shared is solely for the sake of intercession on behalf of the need and the people who have made their need known.

We are sensitive that some requests may be confidential in nature. If your need is of that nature, please let us know. For example: If the need is that your sister has cancer and hasn't been told yet, perhaps you may indicate - please pray for my sister Mary who is sick and needs healing.

Links in the prayer chain at CLF consider this fellowship to be a place where they serve God in the ministry of prayer. If you would like to be a link in the prayer chain, please contact Pastor David Koch at david@clfmayville.org.

The chain is happy to pray and agree for your needs as well as receive reports from you when prayer has been answered. We stand ready to serve in the ministry of intercessory prayer.
